Third Annual Memory Walk Photos

The Anne Arundel Chapter of The Bereaved Parents of the USA held its Third Annual Memory Walk on Saturday October 1, 2005 at Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis. Over 70 walkers participated and completed a 2-mile walk through the park. Many sported customized shirts with a photo of their children, which had been made at one of the Chapter’s meetings the previous year. A fellowship-gathering time, with refreshments, preceded the walk. During the closing ceremony, we heard several readings and music, and all who attended received a “plantable” paper butterfly, which when planted will produce flowers which attract butterflies.
